CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING: In the event of cancellation of the contracted services less than two (2) weeks before the session takes place, the deposit will be forfeit. The remainder of the fee will be refunded based on the Photographer’s discretion and the amount of time until session. Reschedulings due to weather and illness are subject to approval by Helene Photography. Any other reason for rescheduling a session is subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.

RIGHTS: The client agrees to allow Helene Photography to use, at our discretion, any images and content made in relation to any purchase or service provided by Helene Photography for future promotional purposes.

DELIVERY: After the session, Helene Photography will provide the Client with high-resolution photos through a web gallery. You may purchase prints through the web gallery at any time. Included will be all of the photos that pass quality control. The online gallery will remain active for 90 days. The Client is responsible for downloading the final images for safekeeping. Helene Photography is not liable for any images to be kept after this time. Images will be delivered in full-resolution “JPG” format. Clients will NOT receive unedited “RAW” files.

LIABILITY: Helene Photography is not liable for any and all injuries or damages that may occur during the session.
